Here we are, the last week of the 2026 Open! Please be sure to share your WINS after this third and final workout! Be proud of how hard you’ve pushed and the gains you’ve made in your fitness this past year. Take some time to set a goal for next year’s Open — what movement are you going to have mastered one year from now?? Write it down, tell a friend, tell a coach … we’ll hold you to it. 🙂

Then, scroll down and click the button that says “Log Your Score.” You will then click “Submit Score” on your profile.
