Week of 3/15/2026
AMAZING work on the 2026 CrossFit Open, CFD!! We saw incredible effort from everyone the past 3 weeks — we know it isn't easy to push yourselves to that next gear, but now you know it's possible! What will your goal be for the next 12 months? Did the Open expose a weakness? Maybe it's pacing, cardio capacity, wall ball volume, pull-ups, or the ever-present muscle ups. Don't forget about the movements we didn't see this year, too. (Cough cough, wall walks.) What I love most about the Open is watching our community support each other.
