
How are we feeling after 26.1?? π Wowzer, that one got our heartrates jacked. Your quads are likely a BIT sore! I’ve been in Wisconsin Dells this weekend for my daughter’s basketball tournament β the stairs to the third floor have been a bit troubling lol. Remember to drink water, eat healthy foods and sleep when you can. Life is busy, we all pushed hard, but let’s be ready to get back to work on Monday morning. π
A couple tips as we progress toward workout number 2: If you’re training 5 days a week and also doing the Open, remember to: (1) treat one or two Metcons as a controlled βsweatβ day, (2) scale volume on pulling/overhead as the week adds up, and (3) choose Liberty/Independence or lighter loading around their Open attempt to keep yourselves healthy and confident instead of wrecked.
