Week of 3/15/2026

AMAZING work on the 2026 CrossFit Open, CFD!! We saw incredible effort from everyone the past 3 weeks — we know it isn’t easy to push yourselves to that next gear, but now you know it’s possible! What will your goal be for the next 12 months? Did the Open expose a weakness? Maybe it’s pacing, cardio capacity, wall ball volume, pull-ups, or the ever-present muscle ups. Don’t forget about the movements we didn’t see this year, too. (Cough cough, wall walks.) What I love most about the Open is watching our community support each other. I love seeing people pair up and cheer each other on. I love that you all have the chance to judge and get a feel for what it’s like to hold people to standards. Most of all, I love that it’s a measure of your own personal progress. You verse you. It will be nice to get back into the groove of regularly scheduled training, but be proud of yourselves for the competition mindset you all displayed the last several weeks!

I know the weather this weekend is total garbage, but sunshine and warmer temps will be here before we know it! It will be nice to get back to running outside and after-class walks. This winter has been brutal, but we’re in the home stretch. Lots of friends and family members may be looking for a new routine once the temps help our moods improve. Extend an invitation to try out a class at CFD — some people may be just one invite away from a brand new lifestyle! You could be the person who inspires their change.

Shoulder press (3×2 at 78-82 percent) and Row/run


**Thursday
Deadlift (3×2 at 78-82 percent) and DB walking lunge/Burpees


**Friday – Open Workout!**
Power snatch + Snatch balance and Wall walks/OHS/Pull-ups


**Saturday
Teams of 3 workout! Run/DB farmer carry/burpee box get overs
