Let’s look at this week …
On Monday, athletes will get their engines moving with a fast-paced multiple-set workout. Then, Tuesday is our barbell conditioning day where the weight is light, calories are fast, but the time frame is short. Good luck! For the middle of the week on Wednesday, it’s all cardio as we fight through moderate distance running and rowing for four rounds. Bench and GHDs are on the menu for Thursday! Friday is another climb down and back up the ladder that will attack every part of your body. Saturday’s partner workout is a Mayhem for Water event. (Mayhem for Water is a donation workout in support of bringing clean and living water to Ethiopia. Workouts of the week:
Monday – Front squat (5×3) superset with 5 sets of 4 high box jumps; Strict HSPU/Burpees/DB Squats
Tuesday – Bike/snatches and Landmine work
Wednesday – Deadlift (5×3) superset with broad jumps; Run/row
Thursday – HSPU work and Bench/GHD
Friday – 1RM clean and jerk; DUs/C2B/Back squat/KBS
Saturday – Partner workout! (row, farmer hold, burpees)
Sunday – Open Gym
