What a great week, CFD. :) We had a super fun Barbell class programmed by Coach Colin called "Tactical Gains." We completed several tough stations in teams of 3, and then we wished Coach Chris good luck as he headed off to compete in the Tactical Games this past weekend! A couple great topics came up at our coaches meeting this morning, and one I specifically wanted to chat about on the blog is how we approach our workouts. Amazing work on Murph this past week, CFD! What an awesome turnout and fun morning with our CFD family. It may have taken a couple days to recover and get back to your norm again, but I've always felt it's worth it! Thank you to all those who came to either work out or hang out!
