A couple announcements this week, CFD! πŸ™‚

Mark your calendars for 9 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 11 (Veterans Day). CrossFit Develop will be hosting a community-wide workout β€” CFD members, friends, family and community members are invited to attend! We will be doing the memorial workout β€œChad,” which is 1,000 weighted step-ups. This workout is best done TOGETHER, as a community, with friends by your side β€” it will be free and open to the public (you’ll just need to sign up online). Please have your family and friends use this link to sign up! Monday
CrossFit classes: 4:15 a.m., 5:15 a.m., 6:15 a.m., 4:30 p.m.

Tuesday
CrossFit classes: 4:15 a.m., 5:15 a.m., 4:30 p.m.
CrossFit Kids class: 5:30 p.m.
Open Gym: 5:30 to 6:30 p.m.

Wednesday
CrossFit classes: 4:15 a.m., 6:15 a.m., 4:30 p.m.
Barbell class: 5:15 a.m.

Thursday
CrossFit classes: 4:15 a.m., 5:15 a.m., 4:30 p.m.
Open Gym: 5:30 to 6:30 p.m.

Friday
CrossFit classes: 4:15 a.m., 5:15 a.m., 6:15 a.m., 4:30 p.m.

Saturday
Barbell class: 8 a.m.
CrossFit class: 9 a.m.

Sunday
Open Gym: 8 to 10 a.m.

October is going to kick off our final two strength cycles of the year! This month and next month, we will see wave loading for two different sets of movements, and this month will revolve around the Power Clean, Bench Press and Overhead Squat.
