Week of 10/25/2020

Halloween week and we have some “Spookie” workouts this week in store for you all! ?  No really… they are not that terrifying but they are sure to leave you feeling dead afterwards.  Then again that’s what we love though.  ?  Make sure to join us this Saturday morning at 9am for “Elm Street”.  This is going to be a great ending to the week.  I’ll let you all decide if it’s a trick or a treat.  ?  MUHHAAAA!

Ok.  Now that I have that out of my system… I need to put out a friendly reminder to please keep your eye on the schedule.  There have been a few people confused lately about whether or not a class is on.  If you see it on the schedule… it’s on!  Make no mistake a coach will be ready to help you get your sweat on!  On the same note we will be changing up the times of Barbell and CF Kids.  Specifics are shown below in the announcements.

Announcements:

Develop Barbell classes are moving to Monday nights at 6:15pm.  This will start November 1st and run for the foreseeable future. CrossFit Kids classes are moving to Thursday nights at 6:15pm.  This will start November 1st and run for the foreseeable future. Give us your feedback guys!  Does this work better for your schedules?  Thanks!

In case you haven’t seen the announcement at the gym, Effective November 1 there will no longer be a 9AM class on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.  Also, effective November 1 there will no longer be TSC at 8AM on Saturday.   We will still have the normal CrossFit WOD at 9AM on Saturdays.

Construction

Pardon our dust.  There are some small construction projects going on around the gym.  We do not see a need to change our class schedule at all but as things change there may be a few messes.  We’ll do our best to keep it to a minimum but want to give you all a heads up.   Thanks for the understanding.
