We're less than a week out from the start of the CrossFit Open! :) You all are ready, I can tell! This is the one time every year we compete. The rest of the year, we are focusing on our training. The Open workouts are a great way to check in with yourself and take accountability for how you're moving. Are you performing your reps to standard? Are your squats to full depth?
