Sorry for being late with this post. It was a long weekend full of rest for us all… Thank you for all that came out to our labor day WOD. We had over 30 people turn up for the sweat fest. It was a great time packed with PR’s and forging new friendships. We’re constantly humbled by how great this community is. Keep being awesome CFD!
