We hope you’re having a relaxing, fun Labor Day weekend with your friends and family! Take this time to REST — you work hard day in and day out, you deserve it! Come join us at 9 a.m. Monday (Sept. 4) for a fun, tough, rewarding Labor Day workout. As always, friends and family are free at holiday WODs! August is over, so lets look into September! We will utilize September as a prep month before our final strength cycle(s) of the year starts in October! We will see the Overhead Squat/Bench Press in our first cycle in October, so we will highlight those movements once a week in September to get more exposure. We will also be getting back to working on some heavier pulling from the ground (Deads, Sumo Deads, and Odd Objects) since we didn’t get much of that during the Oly Cycle.
