Week of 7/15

We are in week 3 of a lower body strength cycle.  I don’t know about you guys but I’m loving these workouts!  As always please make sure to keep your mobility and nutrition on point.  This will help maximize your gains and keep you from being sore.  Let’s get after it CFD!!!

FREE CLASS!!!
This coming Saturday July 20th the Tactical Strength and Conditioning class will be FREE!  Free for whom you ask… free for everyone!  Members, non-members, friends, family, ect…  It’s free for anyone who can come on in this Saturday morning at 8am.  What is Tactical Strength and Conditioning you ask?  It’s another training style to help make you a well rounded and capable human being!  So beat the heat this Saturday morning and come in to try something new!!!  This class will prepare you for anything life throws your way.
