REMINDER: Don’t forget to enter your scores online for the Open!

This week marks halfway thru the Open. Way to keep pushing hard CFD! After last Friday I’m sure you’re starting to feel the extra stress the Open puts on us all. Remember to keep positive and view this as a snapshot of your current fitness level. Things are not going to go the way you want. That’s not a problem. Just keep working to improve every day.

Back to Week 1. After doing the first two Open workout I’m sure you all have a better understanding for why the suck of Week 1 is so important to your overall development.

Friday – Open 19.3 – Friday Night Lights!
