Hope you all had a restful Thanksgiving week. That “Tryptophan” workout was no joke! Had me feeling it for a few days afterwards. Hopefully for those of you who brought friends or family they were not walking too funny the next day. Thank you for everyone who was able to join us. It was great to get everyone together and sweat it out!
With all the extra running around and stress of the holiday season, this is one of the hardest times of the year to stick to your commitments. Make sure to take the much-needed time for yourself and get into the gym. Keep moving closer towards your goals! As we round out this year at the gym, we will be finishing up strong by closing out our strength cycle (see what I did there ?). What is a better way to close out 2020 than with some new strength PR’s! This week we will also have “The Cali Bear” return and later this month we will get to see “DT”. These are two great workouts and definitely crowd favorites. They are the perfect blend between strength and bar cycling technique and will allow us all to showcase our new found strength gainz from the end of the Wendler-esque cycle. We Can’t Wait!!
Here we go CFD! One month to go until 2020 is in our rear-view mirror!!!
