Well the 2020 CrossFit Open is off to a great start.  I’m glad to have the first workout behind us!  Shown below is the schedule for the Open in the coming weeks.  The dates labeled ‘Main Event’ is what you are going to want to join if your schedule will allow.  Other dates listed are when you can perform the workouts.  If there are questions please reach out.

Open Schedule:

20.2 — 
October 18th – Friday Night Lights – Main Event, show up for evening classes if you can.
October 20th – Open Gym Makeup

20.3 — 
October 25th – Regular Class Makeup at regular class times
October 27th – Sunday/Funday – Main Event – Show up at 9am for the Open workout, go out for brunch afterwards

20.4 — 
October 31st – Thursday Night Throw-down – Main Event – Show up for workout release at 7:00PM and do the workout right after
November 1st – Regular Class Makeup at regular class times
November 3rd – Open Gym Makeup

20.5 —
November 8th – Friday Night Lights – Main Event – Big’ole End of Open Party!!!
November 10th – Open Gym Makeup
