Week of 9/20/2020

This week will be a little different as we have the updated NCFit baseline testing that we will be doing on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.  These will be baseline tests that will be repeated once per quarter.  The goal is to identify weak areas and improve upon them throughout the year.  It will also be nice to check-in on our progress in a more repeatable timeframe.  I can’t wait!

Construction

Pardon our dust.  There are some small construction projects going on around the gym.  We do not see a need to change our class schedule at all but as things change there may be a few messes.  We’ll do our best to keep it to a minimum but want to give you all a heads up.   Thanks for the understanding.
