IT’S 1RM WEEK!!! Nine weeks later we are finally here! Time to hit those new one rep maxes! The energy will be high in classes, and you will get to showcase all of the hard work that you have been putting in. I for one can’t wait to see what you all are capable of. Please remember to listen to your body. Just because a 1RM is programmed does not mean that today is your day to hit one. There are many factors in play. If you have been on vacation, stressed, not sleeping well, or not eating well all play into your ability to move at maximum effort. Our number one goal is to keep you all safe so Coaches will be reminding you of this all week long. Let’s stay smart and get strong over time together.
Registration is live for Develop Within. Please sign up early so we can have this comp. If we do not have 20 people registered by September 17th at 10pm we will not host. Sorry but this is what needs to happen. So sign up NOW! ?
Coach Ally has decided to step down as a member of our coaching staff. Her last day will be August 31st. Don’t worry, we’ll still be seeing her around. She just needs a little more time with her precious little one coming and we could not be happier for her! Both Kelly and I would like to take a minute to thank her for all she has done for CFD and our community. She was a truly amazing coach, and she will be greatly missed. Ally… here’s to you and your next great adventure! We can’t wait to meet your little. You will always be a part of the CFD family. From the bottom of our hearts, Thank You!

Develop Within
That’s right all! Our internal competition is back! This year we will be holding Develop Within on October 2nd. It will be an individual competition with four divisions. Male/Female both Scaled and Rx. Block the date off in your calendars! You won’t want to miss this one!!! Behind the scenes things are really starting to come together for this one! ?
There will be more details to come but for now just set the date aside. We will have a minimum participant requirement for each division in order to make this event happen. We will once again be accepting a cash only entry in order to keep this event as cheap as possible for all of you. No matter what level you are at there will be some way you can participate in this great event. We will be in need of athletes, competitors, and judges. This is a great time to push your limits and understand what you are truly capable of in the comfort of your own gym and with your CFD family.
