It’s been a hot one this week! Nice work getting to the gym, CFD, even on the days you know you’ll sweat from just the warmup. Soon enough we’ll be back in our sweatshirts, so let’s enjoy these warmer temps while they last!

We are halfway through our 8-week Olympic lifting cycle. If you’re enjoying dialing in your techniques and would like even more time to focus on cleans and snatches, be sure to check out a Barbell class on Wednesday and Saturday mornings.
As we head into August, we will see a continuation of the Oly cycle, building percentages and eventually retest our 1RM Snatch + Clean & Jerk. We will also retest Grace and Isabel or Randy just like we did at the beginning of the cycle to see how increased strength carries over to our barbell METCONS.
