Well, we kinda knew a double header was coming our way. 21.3 and 21.4 did not disappoint. We got the grind with gymnastics and the heavy barbell that many of you were asking for. We loved this workout because it was just enough to stretch a lot of you while still leaving you feeling not beat up. If the workout got the better of you and your hands tore, please make sure to take care of yourself. I also feel compelled to take a moment and urge you all to reflect on this years Open. Look at areas that you did well. Fell accomplished and proud for what you did. The average person would not be able to accomplish the same tasks. You are awesome! Also, don’t dwell on it but take just a few moments to think about areas of potential improvement. Did the doubles of 21.1 hold you back? The cardio of 21.2? Or was it a certain gymnastic skill in 21.3 or the technique in 21.4? No matter what limited you, acknowledge it and set a plan in place to improve. If you need help at all with any of this talk to a coach. Remember we are always here to help you improve.
We are still waiting for a few more scores to come in… Watch Facebook for the Team Winner of the OPEN CUP Trophy! Way to go all! We hope everyone at CFD had fun competing in this year’s Open. Even if you did not sign up, now you know what it’s all about and we look forwards to seeing you smash some goals in the future!
Sooo…. now with The Open officially in our rear-view mirror we set our sights on our next major challenges. Here is how it’s shaking out:
