We’re getting excited for the CrossFit Open at the end of this month, are you ready? 🙂 Remember to register for the Open here. We will do the Open workouts at every class time on March 1, 8 and 15. We can’t wait to see how all of you have progressed since last year. We’ve been seeing one CF Open workout per week in prep for the upcoming Open WODs — it’s been so fun to compare personal scores from years past and see where you’re at today.
Once the week of the Open hits, we will format the higher RPE workouts toward the beginning of the week and taper off to a recovery workout on Thursday before hitting the Open workout on Friday!
We’ve been getting a taste of nicer weather in the past week or two — I know I’m excited to get back outside in the sunshine once again! Sometimes during these long winter months, I think about the first time we’ll be able to put some rowers outside and soak in a little heat again. 🙂
