Week of 12/28/2020

Thank you to everyone who came out to the Christmas workout!  Also thank you to everyone who brought in a friend or family member.  We hope they had a blast.  We had a ton of fun and it was great to see everyone supporting each other and grinding through that workout.  There were a lot of smiling faces in the crowd despite the slugfest of a workout.  ? There was SO MUCH positive energy in the gym that day!!!  What a great feeling!  We can sense more normal days ahead as we usher in 2021! ?

We’d like to send a special thank you to everyone who contributed to the gift for Kelly and I.  The way that each and every one of you support us and each other is truly humbling.  We love the community here at CFD and can’t wait to see what the furure holds for us all.  We have the best EVER members!  Thank you SO MUCH!  Always remember that YOU ALL are the wind in our sails and what keeps us going.  Thank you once again and keep being awesome!

In closing, just a friendly reminder that we have a lot of schedule changes so please keep your eye on the below announcements and the class schedule in Wodify.  If a class shows up, we are open.  If not… take a much-deserved day of rest!  We can’t wait to see you all for the New Years Eve workout.  Please remember to invite your friends and families, as always this is a free event!

Holiday Schedule

New Year’s Week: 12/28

Tuesday 12/29 – Normal Class Schedule

Wednesday 12/30 – 6:15pm Class Canceled

Thursday 12/31 – New Year’s Eve Workout : This is a friends and family free event.  Mimosa social afterwards.  There will be a 7:45 and 9am workout.  Classes capped at 20.  RESERVE YOUR SPOT EARLY AS THESE WILL FILL UP!  Give the link in CFD members to your friends and family to sign up.

Friday 1/1 – GYM CLOSED

Saturday 1/2 – Develop Barbell at 8am and CrossFit WOD at 9am – Normal class schedule resumes
