Happy Thanksgiving! This week is all about spending time with your family and friends, enjoying some good food and showing gratitude for the day-to-day things we so easily take for granted. Tell someone what they mean to you this week. Ask a friend how they’re doing, look them in the eyes and listen. The best part about belonging to CrossFit Develop is the community — we’re all so lucky to have each other!
This week’s schedule will be “normal” except for Thursday and Friday. On Thursday, we’ll be having a special Thanksgiving workout at 8 a.m. As always, friends and family are free! This WOD is a fun one, and the perfect way to start your holiday. On Friday, we’ll be having Open Gym from 8 to 10 a.m. Come join us — Coach Katie will lead a workout around 8:30 a.m., for anyone who’s interested in doing a WOD. 🙂
How about those lunges and push-ups this week?? Remember to add in some stretching at home — extra mobility work will do wonders. It doesn’t have to be much, any amount helps. Lots of times if I’m talking with my kids, I’ll add in some stretching on the floor. 10 minutes before you go to sleep is a good way to wind down too!

Tuesday – Deadlifts and a workout similar to “Christine”
Wednesday – “Shake Ya Tailfeather”
Thursday – 8 a.m. CP original Thanksgiving WOD
Friday – Open Gym from 8 to 10 a.m.
Saturday – METCON
Sunday — Open Gym
