This week is deload week! We’ll be staying light to moderate this week in preparation for next week’s one-rep retests on back squat and deadlift. But that doesn’t mean our workouts will be any easier. 😉 Did someone say Karen??
The CrossFit Open is approaching at the end of February, are you ready? 🙂 Remember to register for the Open here. We will do the Open workouts at every class time on March 1, 8 and 15. We can’t wait to see how all of you have progressed since last year. Remember, community over competition. Cheer each other on both inside and outside the gym, before and after the workouts.
