Good luck to everyone running the Tough Mudder this weekend on Saturday morning.  Due to the amount of coaches running in the event we have adjusted out schedule as follows.  Wodify has been updated.

Saturday 5/13 – CF WOD from 9-10am  (NO BARBELL)

Sunday 5/14 – Barbell 8-9am, Open Gym 9-10am
