Week of 02/12/2023

The Open is Here!  THE OPEN IS HERE!!!


Teams have been set and the time is upon us.  This is a great time of the year.  Please, as we progress through these next three weeks just slow down and enjoy it.  Realize that no last-minute strategy, or sudden push this week will make a change.  Fact is that what we’ve all done since last year’s open is what sets the stage for this year.  We’ve trained for this.  We’ve put in the work and now will run what we brung so’s to speak.  So don’t put any extra pressure on yourself.  Approach this like any other workout and do your best.  Enjoy the extra push and the memories that this season brings with it.  You’ve got this CFD!  You’re all going to do awesome!

Tough Mudder

We will run the Tough Mudder as a CFD team on May 13th.  If you want to be on a team, simply bring $90 cash to CFD and let a Coach know.  We’ll email you the registration link.  This will be an awesome community event and we’re really looking forward to it!
