Congrats to those who competed this past weekend at Adventure Await's Spring Fling in Weston, Wis.! Coach Courtney and her partner, Abi, got 1st place in Women's Rx! Mari and Heidi got second place in Women's Rx! Danny and Greg finished 4th in Masters Men, and Zack and his partner got 1st place in Masters Men! What a fun day. :) Congrats to Brett and Megan who have ran marathons that last couple of weekends! You all are a constant source of inspiration. This week is simple pieces that bite hard once the volume stacks up. Monday opens with HSPU/HSW
