Count down to The Open is set at only 4 weeks now CFD!!! As I’m sure you’ve noticed the workouts are getting a little more intense again and we are really concentrating on the skill work to get you an awesome PR when The Open arrives. Keep making it to the gym and give a little more time for your mobility as we ramp up. It’ll keep you feeling great and moving well all month long.
I wanted to take some time this week to acknowledge all the hard work people have been putting in during Barbell classes. We were able to notice how well many of you moved during out 1RM snatch on Friday. That PR bell was ringing, and all done with great form! That’s what we love to see! Way to go all. Keep coming to Barbell and keep getting a little better every day!

Old-Fashioned Night
On Feb 26th we will be having an Old-Fashioned Night! This is a time to gather together, enjoy some drinks and friendships, and in true CF fashion… compete to see who makes the best!? Please find the event on CFD members and respond if you will be attending or not. The location is now set. CFD will be hosting! There is a signup sheet as well. Please let everyone else know what you will be bringing so we won’t end up with all of the same thing. Can’t wait to see you all there!
