Lifts for the Week of October 1

TEAM SERIES IS FINISHED!!! Good job CFD!!!! We were able to see a lot of PR’s and the way everyone cheered for each other and pushed each other was great. Just another showing of how great of a community you all are. I don’t know about all of you but I really enjoyed the team workouts. They were a blast! Please make sure to track where you were with these workouts. Many of you had difficulties with these workouts. That’s not a bad thing. They were no joke! But the cool part is that a year from now they will be much easier. You are growing more than you know. Lastly, if Dave Castro (the guy who wrote these workouts) and myself stay synced up the way we are you’ll be experts at these type of workouts by next year! 😉

One more announcement. We’ve been delaying this as long as we could but now the time has come… For those of you who have claimed a cubby next to the front door please clear your stuff out. We have finally grown to a size where we need these cubbies for people attending classes. This is a good thing for us all! As our community grows this enables more opportunities for us all. Hope you all can see that our gym keeps getting better and better every week. Thanks for your understanding CFD and please reach out with any questions.
