CrossFit Kids is a 1 hour class and it includes exercises that kids do everyday when they play …. push, pull, run, throw, lift things … etc. We will help your kids develop neurological, cognitive and motor skills and discuss positive life decisions, sportsmanship and healthy food choices.

Kids ages 8-13 years old will able to purchase a 10 class punch card. You only pay for the classes you attend. So if you are crazy busy one week, no worries, you don’t waste any money. Classes for CrossFit Kids will be offered on Tuesdays from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m., and these sessions will be capped at 20 kids. This approach will allow us to tailor the program more closely to the ability level of the group.
